Did you know that, according to a comScore qSearch study, at least 4.9 billion searches take place every month? That breaks down to as many as 1,890 searches every second! Search engines are shaping and molding future of marketing, and companies without a strong online presence are going to fall behind. How can private label SEO help small and medium sized businesses make big waves online, especially on searches?
Google owns at least 70% of all search engine market shares. Ranking on Google determines the success of SEO programs, but that does not make it easy. One surefire way to earn top ranks is newsjacking. Private label Seo companies are dedicating staff to following news cycles, and news cycle keywords. From there, these keywords are incorporated into well researched, quality content. Newsjacking can take a fun approach, and ride current trends, too. One of the best, and most current, examples is Jimmy Kimmel. On September 9, 2013, Kimmel confessed that the viral YouTube video “Worst Twerk Fail EVER – Girl Catches Fire!” was a fake. Kimmel also stated that he did not, and his PR team did not, tweet or share the video. In Kimmel’s words, “We just put it on YouTube, and let the magic happen.”
It is no wonder why content is dominating today’s SEO reseller programs. Sixty one percent of customers make more purchases after reading original, quality content. Newjacking alone cannot carry content. In order to rank, content must also be useful, and unique. Google is also a stickler for grammar, and its support pages reveal, “Clearly written articles with correct spelling and grammar make for a much better user experience.”
Striking a Balance
SEO, and organic links, perform well. No one is going to deny that. That does not mean that small and medium sized companies should sink all of their money into natural SEO and search marketing, only. A mere 18% of natural links earn the top spot on Google, so it well worth it for companies to invest in paid links, or pay per click ads, too.
