London, United Kingdom – 30th June 2011 – EuroSmartz, the Number One Apple(R) iPad(R) and iPhone(R) print app development company, today announced its flagship app PrintCentral Pro now supports mobile printing using the “Personal Hotspot” capability on an iPhone 4.
As anyone that has to be on the road for their job will tell you, getting connected to a new, unknown network and trying to use a printer is no easy task. However now with PrintCentral Pro and an iPhone 4, customers can easily create their own mobile network and print wherever they are.
Setup is straight forward and only takes a few minutes. By switching the ‘Personal Hotspot’ feature on in the iPhone settings, a customer will create their own wireless network. All they then need to do is link their Wi-Fi printer to that network, open PrintCentral Pro and tap “Print”.
PrintCentral Pro will enable customers to print most common file types including Microsoft Office files, iWork Files as well as PDFs & image files. This is invaluable for printing invoices, quotations, stock lists, packing orders as well as many other items that are needed when mobile.
iPad:
Customers with an iPad can also take advantage of this new functionality. They simply connect the iPad to the iPhone 4 wireless network and will then be able to print using PrintCentral Pro.
